Judy Greenberg, a nationally renowned watercolorist, recently relocated to Georgia from California. She has been an art educator for over 25 years, and is now on the board of the Georgia Watercolor Society. She has received numerous National awards and has exhibited in galleries in California, Colorado, Arizona, and New York. She is now with the Raiford Gallery, Roswell, GA., Vignettes Gallery, Healdsburg, CA.
A popular demonstrator, juror, and instructor, she teaches classes and has conducted workshops throughout the states and overseas. She has recently had her article "Give Your Colors a Voice" published in the Winter Palette magazine. 2010.

Watercolor – Loose and Strong

This 4-day workshop is geared to those watercolorists new to Judy’s easy, loose approach. We will be exploring the use of different paints, layering, resists such as gel medium and starch, wet-in wet, pouring, and how to pull it together. We will be painting the whole painting at once, from background forward, with marvelous paint quality. There will be fun techniques and composition to learn about. Demonstrations daily with critique.

Judy, who moved here from California 4 years ago, is an award-winning painter, juror, and demonstrator. She is currently a signature member of the Georgia Watercolor Society, serving as President. She is also a member of the National Association of Women Artists and Master Signature member of the California Watercolor Association and is in Who’s Who in the 21st Century.
She has been painting and teaching for over 30 years and conducts workshops throughout the United States. She has paintings in over 400 corporate and private collections throughout the world, including AT&T, the Creative Card Co, and Belvedere Winery.
